Conditions of Service.

QAShip is currently an unincorporated brand and software project. It is not, at this time, a registered company, incorporated entity, charity, partnership, or regulated professional service. References to “QAShip”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the QAShip brand, website, project maintainers, and people operating the service unless and until a formal legal entity is created.

These Conditions of Service are intended to set clear expectations for use of the public website, the hosted QAShip application, accounts, communications, and support.

By visiting qaship.com, creating an account, contacting us, or using any QAShip feature, you agree to these Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using QAShip on behalf of a team or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the website or service.

QAShip provides QA and test management tooling, including projects, test cases, test runs, collaboration workflows, reporting, and AI-assisted insights. QAShip is actively developed, so individual features may be experimental, rate-limited, changed, or removed as the product evolves.

• Public website content is informational and may describe planned as well as released functionality.
• Free plan access does not guarantee uptime, pricing, feature availability, or support response times.
• AI-assisted outputs are suggestions only and should be reviewed by a human before use.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and tell us promptly if you believe your account or workspace has been accessed without permission.

We may refuse, suspend, limit, or terminate access where we reasonably believe access creates security risk, legal risk, misuse, abuse, or operational harm.

You agree not to use QAShip to:

• break applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, or third-party rights;
• upload malware, exploit code, credentials, secrets, or unlawful content;
• attack, scan, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass protections on our systems;
• misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority;
• submit production secrets or sensitive personal data unless we have expressly agreed to support it;
• use the service to make automated decisions that legally or materially affect a person without appropriate review; or
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit QAShip access without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as project names, test cases, run results, notes, comments, attachments, and feedback. You grant QAShip a limited licence to host, process, transmit, display, and analyse that content only as needed to provide, secure, debug, improve, and support the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content to QAShip. Do not submit confidential client material, regulated data, trade secrets, or production credentials unless you are comfortable with the risk profile of an early-stage product and have obtained all necessary approvals.

QAShip has not yet registered company rights, trademarks, patents, or formal copyright registrations for the brand or product. Even so, the website design, source materials, product concepts, logos, text, visuals, and software we create may be protected automatically by applicable copyright, passing-off, unfair competition, contract, and other laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, frame, clone, or present QAShip materials as your own without permission. You may fairly reference QAShip for commentary, evaluation, linking, or ordinary use of the service.

If you send ideas, bug reports, product suggestions, designs, or other feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. This helps us improve QAShip while avoiding disputes over product ideas that may already be planned or independently developed.

QAShip is provided on an evolving basis. We may change, pause, withdraw, or discontinue any part of the website or service at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted access, backwards compatibility, permanent storage, recovery of data, or that any planned feature will ship.

Current public messaging may refer to free access or planned pricing. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, pricing, limits, plan names, and feature packaging are not final and may change. We will present any paid terms before charging you. Plans and their associated feature limits may be adjusted over time; we will give reasonable notice of any material changes that affect your current plan.

AI credits included in your plan are allocated on a monthly basis. Any unused AI credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over to the following month.

QAShip is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not make warranties that the website or service will be accurate, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or suitable for compliance, audit, safety-critical, medical, financial, legal, or regulated use cases.

QAShip is not legal, compliance, security, QA certification, or professional advice. You remain responsible for your own release decisions, testing process, compliance obligations, and human review of outputs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QAShip and the people operating it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, business interruption, security incidents, or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the website or service. Nothing in these Conditions limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using QAShip at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features where we reasonably believe these Conditions have been breached, the service is being misused, a legal or security risk exists, or continued access would harm QAShip or others.

Because QAShip is currently an unincorporated brand, formal jurisdiction terms may be updated when a company or operating entity is established. Until then, disputes should first be raised with us in good faith at team@qaship.com so we can try to resolve them informally before either side takes further action.

We may update these Conditions as QAShip develops, registers a legal entity, adds paid plans, or changes how the service works. The “Last updated” date will show when the document changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Conditions.
